Creative Academy, Richemont Group’s post-graduate design school based in Milan, offers a unique theoretical and professional training each year to 20 young talented designers from the best design schools worldwide. The chosen material is glass; the very poetic and inspiring theme is “Under the stars”: a theme indicated by the Maison of high jewellery Van Cleef & Arpels, which every year launches an important and evocative brief for the young creative talents of the School.
Under the guidance of the Milanese design duo Eligo Studio, Alberto Nespoli and Domenico Rocca, they were asked to make specific reference in their designs to the history, architecture and decorative complex of Palazzo Litta as a cultural reference.
The projects of the young designers were realised by Simone Crestani, one of the most interesting and original glass masters on the Italian and international scene.
