This privacy statement relates to this website and should not be considered valid for any other website you can access via the links contained in the websites under the domain of the Data Controller, which shall not be considered in any way responsible for third party websites.

The Privacy Statement is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, formed under the Group set up by Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data, and, in particular, the methods, timings and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the reasons for connecting, as well as the provisions contained in EU Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by EU Directive 2009/136/EC, with regard to Cookies.

Types of data processed

Simply viewing the Website does not in itself entails the collection or processing of your personal data. In any case, please refer to the website’s cookie policy for those aspects regarding the significance of browsing data and cookies in terms of privacy.

The data collected by this website and then processed are:

Personal and identification data: any information relating to an individual, who is or can be identified, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number; Identification Data are personal data that allow the Data Subject (you) to be identified directly (such as, but not limited to, name, surname, email address, etc.);

Browsing Data: the computer systems and software procedures used to run this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of communication and internet protocols.

This information is not collected in order to be associated to an identified Data Subject, but by their very nature they may, using processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow you to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers employed by users who connect to the website, URIs (Uniform Resource Identifiers) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

Purpose of processing

Data of a personal or sensitive/juridical nature that are voluntarily provided will be processed by Archetypos Srl until you object, in particular:

  • Statistic using only anonymous data (i.e. Google Analytics with anonymized IP)
  • Newsletter: the personal data you provide to us will be used, with your express consent, by Archetypos Srl to send the newsletter and informational materials on products/services or initiatives, invitations to events, etc. – by entering your contact details in the company mailing list

 

Processing methods – storage

Processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form using methods and tools to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons authorized to do so in accordance with the provisions of Articles 31 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03. The data will be kept for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected and then processed.

    c)confirmation that the operations mentioned above have been notified, also with regard to content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where such compliance is impossible or involves a the use of methods that are manifestly disproportionate with respect to the right being protected.

    The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to:

    a) the processing of personal data concerning the same party, even if relevant to the purpose of collection

    b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out market research or marketing communication.
